I am certified in preparation of raw food, hence a raw chef and am continuing my education in to the realm of knowing all there is to know about raw nutrition as well. Raw food isn't eating twigs and berries and definitely isn't about eating raw meat. Raw food is is a lifestyle promoting the consumption of un-cooked, un-processed, and often organic foods as a large percentage of the diet
I believe that the greater the percentage of raw food in the diet, the greater the health benefits.
As well that consumption of uncooked foods encourages weight loss (and stability, without the risk of re-gaining),while also preventing and/or healing many forms of sickness and chronic diseases.
